This class is offered as a women’s space and warmly welcomes all women (18+ yrs) — both cisgender and transgender.

Here we move freely with music and breath, releasing stuck emotions in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Up to 5 women per session.

Emotions live in the body. In the warm, supportive water, you’re free to let your spirit move through you releasing grief, tension, or old stories that no longer serve. Music becomes your guide, breath your anchor, and the water your gentle witness. Many describe leaving lighter, clearer, and more at home in their own skin.

The 90° water creates a low-gravity sanctuary that is incredibly kind to joints, spine, and pressure-sensitive areas. Experience natural resistance for cardio and core work without strain. Many guests notice improved balance, flexibility, range of motion, and pain relief after just one session. It’s ideal for anyone recovering from injury, living with chronic discomfort, or simply wanting to move in a way that feels nourishing rather than punishing.

The covered, enclosed pool at Aeon Healing is intentionally small and intimate (groups of up to 5 women), creating a safe container where you can be fully yourself. No crowds, no performance … just pure presence and possibility.

These 60-minute sessions blend expressive movement, breath work, and carefully chosen playlists to support whatever your body and spirit need that day:

  • 90° water in a private enclosed space

  • Up to 5 women (18+ yrs) for an intimate, supportive group energy

  • Let your spirit move through you, channeling its energy to the parts of your body that need it most

  • Playlists curated for Grief, Healing, Joy … or bring your own music!

  • Balance strengthening, yoga-inspired stretching, gentle cardio, and breath work

  • Water’s unique low-gravity environment is friendly to joints and pressure-sensitive parts of your body

Whether you flow softly or dance with full expression, every movement is yours to discover. No experience necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to listen to what your body is asking for.
