At Aeon Healing, our Private Trauma Therapy sessions offer a profoundly supportive 2-hour one-on-one experience in our private, covered 90° pool.
Here, you are invited to move, breathe, and tune into the emotions and sensations held in your body. With Jacquie’s compassionate presence and the warm, buoyant water as your ally, you can safely release what has been stored … old pain, frozen emotions, and the energetic imprints of past experiences.
These sessions draw from The Completion Process, a powerful somatic approach developed by Teal Swan. This process uses triggers or arising feelings as doorways to gently revisit unresolved experiences, validate them fully, and bring conscious resolution and integration. In the supportive medium of warm water, the body often feels safer to open, allowing fragmented parts of self to return home with greater ease and awareness.

Jacquie, a retired psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, now facilitates this work through movement, breath, music, and The Completion Process within the healing environment of water.
The Power of The Completion Process
The Completion Process is a transformative somatic method that helps resolve unresolved trauma by consciously returning to the root of emotional triggers. Rather than bypassing pain, it invites you to:

Allow the associated memory or sensation to surface
Fully re-experience and validate what happened, without trying to change it
Bring your present-day adult self into the memory to meet the needs of the younger part
Create resolution and integration, so the past no longer hijacks your present
When held in the warm, low-gravity embrace of water, this process often feels more accessible and embodied. The buoyancy supports your body while the consistent warmth helps the nervous system relax, making it easier for stored emotions to rise, move, and release naturally.
